❤️ Me

Hi! I'm Audrey. I am a lover of life and self development. My personal mission is to live life to its fullest and be the best version of myself. Therefore, I have an extensive bucket list AND I take actions every day to work towards my various goals. I take to heart the fact that our daily decisions are not isolated events, but rather they compose our life and define our character. With this in mind, I have spent many years, starting as a teenager, discovering which habits are helpful and sustainable for my success and which are not. In this process, I have also spent many years wanting to implement a routine, and yet not, because I didn’t know the best way to start. I discovered that starting with anything, for any amount of time consistently, is better than nothing and will foster real results over time. Fast forward to now, I am doing so many things that are a dream come true to me because of my consistency and discipline. I can easily remember multiple dreams I have every night because of years of journaling them every morning. My Japanese and Spanish skills have increased tremendously over the past couple of months since committing to consistently studying each language for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I am also on my #1 dance team because I consistently attended classes every week for months to make the audition. And these are only a few of the many examples of the ways in which tiny consistent habits have lead to real, tangible results and have enriched my life.

A typical day for me includes: morning meditation, language study, one or more physical activities (yoga, rock climbing, dance, surfing) and working, among various other activities. People are typically inspired when I share this with them, and they say they wish they could live as fully as I do. Reversely, when I tell people that I limit my screen time and barely use social media, ironically they ask me what I do all day. You see, everyone has the same amount of time in a given day, the key is how you use it. And there are plenty of ways to carve out time for the things we really love once we make a conscious effort. You just need to assess what is really important to YOU and commit to organizing your life accordingly. Trust me, the hardest part is starting, and that’s where we begin our journey!

🎓 Background

In 2021, I earned my Bachelors in Environmental Studies from University of California Santa Cruz. Strengthening my time-management skills, I graduated in only 3 years and with honors. I have always considered myself to be driven and a high-achiever, and at the same time I also like to defy the norm. After graduating, I was reluctant to use my degree to jump into a "career" because I didn't want to feel like my possibilities were limited. Instead, I started working in the service industry as it is both lucrative and flexible. In this time, I increased my organizational skills and found ways to feel grounded in my routine even with an erratic work schedule. I also implemented a simple budgeting system in which I keep track of my finances weekly & monthly, and found that this made me quite adept at saving money, even with my inconsistent income. These budgeting skills enabled me to travel abroad for the first time to: Thailand, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Mexico. Additionally, in the span of less than 3 years, I was able to save my goal amount $ and bought my pride and joy- my condo in San Diego at 24 years old!

Besides the skills I honed, I enjoyed working in the service industry because I felt like it was a reciprocation of positive energy. I made someone feel good, and in turn that made me happy too, and the energy continued to be passed on in a positive cycle. From this experience, I learned that I love working with people because I get to brighten their day. I take this same attitude into my coaching work, on a larger scale and deeper level, to brighten your life.

🌈 Dream Catch

I knew for a while that I enjoyed making vision boards, writing in my planner, budgeting, and goal-setting, so much so that I even did it for others. But it wasn’t until one random day that everything clicked. I was having a conversation with a coworker and I realized that one of my all-time favorite subjects to talk about with people is their goals! Furthermore, I know I have already inspired and motivated a lot of people around me into taking positive action in their lives— I want to help people achieve their goals as my career!

Being the driven person I am, I did some research and just a few days later, signed up for a Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP) course through Evolution Room of San Diego to start my own coaching journey. NLP showed me the power that our perception has over our reality and that changing our mindset is key to changing our life. I took the first of five NLP certifications, and I am beyond excited to deepen my journey through the highest level this year in 2026. A few months after earning my NLP certification, I founded Dream Catch as a platform to officially empower young adults like me to build better habits, and a better life as a result. Focusing on the seven pillars of life- environment, health, spiritual, relationships, financial, career, and passions- I facilitate my clients to live a more holistic and fulfilling life & I can't wait to help you on your journey!
